History...
Although the term pressure cooker first appeared in print in 1915, it was presented in the New York World's Fair, United States in 1939. During that time it was defined as a saucepan with a locking lid, which creates intense steam and heat within to cook food in a shorter period of time than other conventional saucepans. This process of cooking produce a tastier, healthier meal while tenderizing tough foods keeping its flavor and nutrients intact. Today's pressure cookers are hi-tech wonders.

Advantage Spring Loaded Safety Device: -
ENSIS™ Pressure Cooker is not only fitted with Safety Valve but also with additional Spring Loaded Safety Device to make your pressure cooker absolutely safe as your safety is our concern. Spring Loaded Safety Device gives added life to traditional safety valve. Thus there is no need of frequent safety valve change.

Advantage Base Grooving: -
Specially crafted base grooving saves costly gas as flame travels in specially crafted grooves and saves your costly gas and valuable time while cooking.

Non Stick Properties: -
We feel proud to introduce State-of-Art ENSIS™ Non Stick Pressure Cooker. Our special non stick pressure cooker is available in two sizes (4 lt. and 6 lt.) in our outer lid model only. These special non stick pressure cookers are coated with special non stick coating from inside to provide you non stick facility while cooking. They are also non stick coated from outside for better look and easy cleaning of the cooker after cooking. I would also like to mention that these non stick pressure cookers are fitted with special soft touch handle for better feel and grip.
